If you provide less than 24 hours notice we reserve the right to charge you for that lesson.
You can always make-up a face to face lesson with an online lesson at the same time.
Once we have connected you with a tutor, you will receive a welcome e-mail with your log-in details.
Log-in to your account and save your credit or debit card details.
To cancel a lesson, simply text your tutor with at least 24 hours’ notice.
There are no hidden fees. We include GST, credit card fees and transport costs in the final price.
If you stop organising lessons with your tutor, you will no longer be billed. If you choose to organise more lessons in the future, everything will be exactly the same as before.
Your payments are completely secure. We use the leading private tutoring software, TutorCruncher and 3rd party payment processor, Stripe Payments.
