I received tutoring from Darren and Catherine for a limited amount of time following my HSC trials. Even with the limited amount of time, Catherine and Darren helped me exceptionally with my marks improving by 20-40 in all subjects taught. Catherine’s teaching not only as a teacher but also as a person was extremely helpful. Her teaching and ability to adapt to my limited knowledge and understanding allowed for an improvement of 40 marks in my hsc. Similarly, Darren’s advice and teaching not only as a teacher but as a person was extremely helpful. His resources were phenomenal and his balance between professionalism and approachability allowed for greater understanding. Hi, I’m Catherine! I graduated from St George Girls High School in 2021 with an ATAR of 98.40.
I was a HSC All-Rounder and had my major works selected for ARTEXPRESS and SHAPE. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) at RMIT.
I want to help relieve the pressure of HSC because it’s really not that bad! I’m keen to share my experience of studying two practical subjects and would love to help students develop their processes of making.
